This black and golden guitar is an old friend of mine. Since I bought it in 2004, this guitar has been traveling all around the world with me. Some parts were changed. The original single coiled neck pickup was changed to Dimarzio The Chopper which is a single sized humbucker. The weary old pickguard was replaced as well. Lastly it was re-fretted with stainless jumbo frets. Very solid and those will last long. This guitar has very unique tone. It’s not necessarily a sophisticated clean sound though. But I love the ‘wild’ quality of it.
